Returns and Refunds
1. Delivery of goods and acceptance The shipment of orders/purchases made on this site will be handled by P.Tre Diffusion Srl from the moment the customer receives the order confirmation email, generally within and no later than two working days. Intimitaly undertakes to do its best to respect the delivery times, which will be communicated in any case at the time of receipt of the order and in any case no later than thirty working days. Intimitaly ships throughout Italy using the service offered by the express courier GLS. In the event of failure to ship the order by the seller, due to a possible out of stock of the purchased product, the seller will provide written communication to the buyer and will refund any sums already paid for the product. However, if the packaging or wrapping of the products ordered should reach the recipient/customer clearly damaged, the buyer is invited to refuse delivery by the carrier/shipper or to accept delivery "with reservation". 2. Shipping costs, taxes and duties The price of the products, as indicated in the conditions of sale, is the one indicated on the website www.intimitaly.it at the time of the order by the buyer. The shipping costs will be indicated during the execution of the order. In the event that the shipment does not go through for reasons not attributable to P.Tre Diffusion Srl and therefore to Intimitaly, the latter reserves the right to retain €10.00 for the cost of the courier for the outward and return journey. 3. Right of withdrawal The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract concluded pursuant to these general conditions of sale, without any penalty, within fourteen calendar days from delivery of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send the products to the following address: Intimitaly (PM Commercial Family Story), via boscofangone snc Presso Cis Nola Isola 5 Lotto 502.503 Nola (Na), inserting inside the package the order summary received by email at the time of purchase and a sheet with the following data: Name, surname, order number and IBAN only if cash on delivery or bank transfer was chosen as the payment method at the time of purchase. Payments made via PayPal and/or Credit Card will be refunded to the payment method used at the time of purchase. In the event that the package is returned without the order summary, the return will not be accepted. All shipping costs for both outward and return shipments are non-refundable, only the value of the purchased items will be refunded. The risks and direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the consumer, unless the product is not returned because it was received damaged, in which case the costs will be borne by Intimitaly and without prejudice to any subsequent verification regarding the causes of the damage suffered by the product. In this case, however, it is necessary to notify Intimitaly that the product is damaged within 48 hours, and no later, from delivery of the package. If the returned goods are worn, damaged, not complete with all their elements and accessories (including labels, tags, etc.), the original packaging and wrapping, Intimitaly reserves the right not to proceed with the refund. Intimitaly will be forced to refuse returns of products that are not in the same condition in which they were received. In the event of withdrawal, Intimitaly will refund the payments received within fourteen days from the moment it is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice to the right to withhold the refund until receipt of the returned goods and after verification of the same.
